Heater Blower/windshield wipers popping fuses

The blower motor/windshield wiper circuit keeps popping fuses. it will last for a week or two, or sometimes as soon as i replace it and turn the truck on it pops right away. I have no clue what else to do. I tried replacing the blower relay, that didnt work. Im thinking there is a short somewhere but I am not sure where the wires run.

any ideas? anyone have a wiring diagram? No heat in the middle of wisconsiin winter suuuuuuuuuucks
