Coastal Tech Lockpick dip switch settings?

Anyone have this that can confirm the dip switch settings? Not sure why plain English instructions are confusing me.

I have a 2013 with backup camera but no front camera. I bought the front camera and I THINK the switch 1 and 3 are supposed to be on, vehicle select to 0. Just wanted to make sure.

Yes, 1 and 3 need to be ON in my application.
