Clicking/Ticking Noise on Startup

So as title states, I have this weird clicking/ticking noise which sounds like it's coming from the CD player on startup (only on startup). I had addressed this problem to the dealer before and they could not duplicate the noise, now my warranty is gone and have no clue what this could be? Any ideas, what are my options as far as upgrades if my CD player goes out? Thanks in advance.

Does it happen by chance when the air is on? Many people including me, have had a blend door actuators go out which makes a popping/clicking noise. Or possibly a cd stuck in there?

Yeah the air is on, but I've had a blend door acutator gone bad but the sound is quite different. It does sound like a stuck cd in there, thing is there isn't anyhing that I know of stuck in the cd slot
