Big Agnes Tents

I love REI. I bought a pair of boots ($300+!) that after 3 months of trying to break in I finally gave up on. Called REI to see what my options were and they said "Bring them back for a full refund. We want you in the right boot." Crazy good refund policy.

Keep in mind if you bought it from them, they'll take back any brand not just their name brand.

My tent takes 16 days to set up though......only drawback.
