DOT approved Helmets....Open Faced or Closed Faced?

Just curious to hear everyone's thoughts regarding their preference/choice of helmet
while driving off road or at the Texas Raptor Run or on a Raptor Expeditions Run, etc...

i think open faced for driving. if shit happens you dont want sharp pieces of the shield poking you in the face or eyes..........

on a bike i go closed faced since its the ONLY protection you have

Closed face.. That way if I have to drive back without a windshield.. I'm good to go.. Lol

The only time you really need a closed face helmet is when you have an open window/open cockpit or are running high speeds where fire may be an issue.

Open if your in the truck/Raptor. Forced air and closed helmet if in a desert runner for sure.

Closed. To much crap that can hit you in the face if it goes bad.
