not just power steering fluid but all; oil, trans, brake, coolant etc...
fan belt or belts, radiator hose, tools.....

Here is a Thread I found awhile ago... http://www.fordraptorforum.com/f67/building-off-road-toolbox-26717/ A lot of the items in the thread are things it would great to have but you don't need right away. Like extra tie rods and such. Maybe keep an eye out on craigslist and the garage sale forum for good deals for spare parts OEM or after market.
