That's a grain shovel, but they do make good snow shovels

I put this in and took it out several times as I was grinding through the decision/rationale for having it...

I kept it, i love it and even though its current role is a very expensive daily use heads up speed-o display I wouldn't get rid of it.

I have the LGE tilt mount and the unit looks like it was meant to be there...it finishes the dash. When Sharon drives, i just lay it down so it doesn't obstruct her view.

How is it when you lay it down?

its very good-out of the way. here are some pics. I don't use it as intended i got rid of the bottom side bolts. the mount has bolts in the bottom sides so when you lay it down, the bottom stays in place and the top rotates back and down. its a good idea, but the cable connectors for the HDS7 are too big.

some guys have said they push it anyway, but for this much money, i just pulled the bolts and wont break the connectors. And when i lay it down, i pull the bottom out then lay the top back (sounds like some sex partner positioning thing)

I also tried the outlaw stationary mount (its great as well) but not being able to lay the unit down was a no go for me.
