Friday April 22- sunday the 24th.
RETURN OF THE RAPTORS, this will be our second year for this run. Last year was a huge success! We will work out more of the fine details once the dates get closer, but our tentative plans are friday to hang out at the dunes; and meet everyone. Anyone at the dunes Friday will meet up at the base of test hill at 1030 am. Alot of people show up friday night. Saturday will be the main part of the event, we will be running the trails near baldwin and reed city. Keith Mandoske runs the trails portion of the event. The trails are a blast, and we will spend some time during the day Saturday jumping some hills on the trails and taking pictures. We will wrap up Saturday by heading back to the sand dunes in time for the sunset and group photos. Sunday is a laid back kind of day, some people head home; some head out on the dunes.
This year we will be getting place card stickers made by Josh Yiatras, So that is the only fee, the event is 100% free. All you need to pay for is your place card.
The required items for the run are, a dune flag mounted at the front of the vehicle, orv sticker and orv trail + sticker and recreational passport. All of which are available at the shops at the entrance of the sand dunes.
