Rogue Raptoberfest 2015 Oct 2-4

Texas Raptor Runs is back at the MGI Motorsports Farm. The 20 mile track was built for Raptors and has NO ROCK GARDENS!!!

The event starts Friday at noon with registration. The track will be open Friday, all day Saturday and a half day Sunday.

Cost: $250 for the weekend (Driver and 1 Codriver). Each additional person that wants to go on the track is $30 (includes Saturday Dinner) plus $50 donation per person who runs the track, paid directly to the Big Life Ministries Charity. The Charity will be on site issuing donation receipts. The reason we get to run this track is because of the charitable giving we have done for MGI over the past two years. We have raised almost 50K for the charities they're passionate about. Our goal this year is to raise 30K between the gate, raffle and auction.

​What's Included: ​Driver and Co-Driver T Shirt, 2 Tickets to Saturday dinner, Driver Bag. Additional shirts will be available for purchase.

A few important things.

1. GPS Files: New Files will be released soon

2. The $50 per person track fee is being paid directly to the charity Big Life Ministries is 100% tax deductible.

3. If you need to back out, you have until Sept. 1 to do so to get a refund, less $25. After Sept. 1, there are no refunds. (funds can be applied to future event)

4. Hotels are available in Rockdale, Cameron and Hearne, they tend to book up fast. There is an A&M Home game this weekend, so they will book up very fast.

5. Food Vendor: Working on getting a food truck out.






Raffle: Raffle tickets will be for sale $5 each, all proceeds going to Big Life Ministries. Stay tuned for a list of great prizes!

Every truck will be inspected for the following. You will not be allowed onto the track without it.
Required Gear:
1. DOT Approved Helmet.
2. First aid kit.
3. Fire extinguisher.
4. Tow strap
5. Method to secure everything in your bed


Suggested supplies.
2nd Spare Tire or Tire Plug Kit
VHF Radio that is business band capable.
Food and beverages for the weekend. There will be dinner available Saturday night, but as of now, no food vendor.

Are there rquirements for the truck in order to run. I know there is thread on here but at work and dont feel like filtering through. Help appreciated!
