Heading to So Cal, anyone up for some fun?

Hey all,

I'll be in southern California Friday the 30th of July through Sunday August 1st and I wanted to get my truck out in the deserts where it was conceived!

I realize Anza-Borrego is a desert, but where are people going specifically as access points to do some good off-roading?

Also, anyone willing to meet up and do some wheeling/show me around would be great, love to meet some of you guys in person.

I'm up for it. Maybe Jason will be here that weekend and we can get a group out there. Whatya say Jason? Saturday, 7/31, Anza-Borrego?

I'll be up North in Big J territory that weekend....bummer.

I will, probably not until monday unfortunately though. my brother-in-law who is accompanying me has to work. if you guys go on saturday i think i'd still be willing to go though. why not twice!
