For the first adventure of the 2018 season we are heading to Barstow, CA. This is our first trip down the famous Power Line Trail to Las Vegas. This event is all part of the 50th Annual Mint 400 Race, hosted in Prim, Nevada.

Day one of this event consists of a day trail run from Barstow to Las Vegas. Along the way we will make a few stops at Calico Ghost Town, Kramer Arch, and Goodsprings, Nevada. Friday night will be in Old Las Vegas to watch contingencies for all the race trucks.

Saturday, we will be headed to the races. Pit pass and event tickets are available on the Mint 400 website. Make sure to specify, “Spectator Section 1 Pass.” ROC will be hanging out with the Southern Nevada Raptor Group (SNRG) on race day!

Sunday, we will be heading home and make a fun detour for a short 40 miles run on ZZYXX trail.

MINT 400 SPECTATOR PARKING PASSES

We will be at "Spectator Area 1"



Spectator Area 1

This is the largest spectating area of The Mint 400, and features a mile long, high-speed straightaway that Mint 400 competitors blast through at lightening fast speeds. Access via Hwy 15, Exit 12 “Goodsprings Road” (Jean) and head East, then turn left (North) on South Las Vegas Blvd and look for “S1” signs.
