My trip to the Baja 500

Had an amazing time. We drove the first 60 miles of the race course in my Raptor the day before the race. I saw tons of Raptors out there. The black one in the pics is my buddy's truck. Here's some pics and videos:




Here's the video of us on the race course. Can anyone identify the noise at 1:05 and 2:00? It's coming from the rear of the truck but I can't figure out what it is. I just had my rear Icon shocks rebuilt, so it's not that.

That Baja bug looks like it would be fun. Nice pics!

I plan on taking my truck down there next year for the Baja 500. Great pics.

I'm pretty sure I'll be going again next year. Make sure you get a hotel room way in advance if you want to get something close to the race. Since we waited to the last minute, we had to get a room 15 miles away.

That's a good looking blue truck right there. With some mighty nice brakes!

Thanks WOG! The brakes worked really well out there. Had to make some sudden stops and they did not disappoint!

Raptor 1 - Bird 0

I saw you around Ojos on Friday. I was in the Brenthel Blue and Teal truck prerunning the start and testing. I think we saw you twice, once when we passed and once when we turned around to get out of there since we went too far.
