I just arrived home from a 4 week 5792 mile road trip with my 2010 6.2 Raptor.
Less than 30 days before I left I had flogged the Raptor good down in Baja, you can see that here;

After Baja, I replaced a cut tire, the front skidplate, and washed it- that's it.
The truck was awesome on the trip! We covered 16 states from California to Michigan and back. The truck averaged 13.9 mpg, the best tank was 17.6 on flat ground with a tail wind.

Chicago, Il- the hotel valet swore they could park the Raptor, after calling her fat. I said she wasn't fat, just hippy. I found the truck parked here the next day, and it sat there for 3 days;

To go from the beating the truck took in Baja to this road trip with no issues, no rattles, and such an awesome ride- this is without a doubt the best vehicle I have ever owned!

I left from Thousand Oaks, California on July first. The primary routes outbound were the 40, 44, 55, and the 94. I visited family in Branson, and Evening Shade, Missouri. From there, I went to Sisters Lakes, Michigan where I spent the week. On the return trip, the primary highways were the 94, 90, and 15.
I stayed in Chicago a few days, then headed out through Wisconsin, Minnesota, and stayed in Fargo, North Dakota. We travelled on to Billings, Montana, then through Yellowstone National Park. We exited the west exit of the park into Montana, then Idaho. From there we travelled South through Utah into Nevada, finally ending up in California.
The truck performed flawlessly, and I felt very good after some 12 hour days behind the wheel. I didn't get much real off roading in, but managed a few dirt roads in Missouri, North Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming.
I only saw 15 other Raptors on the trip, 13 screws and two scabs. My truck did get lots of looks, including a few pictures by passing motorists.
Here are a few more pics;

We passed this trailer full of deer and elk heads in Illinois- not something you see every day.
