2014 Raptor Nationals Pics

In April in attended the Raptor Nationals for the first time, it was a blast. We started out from the Wild Horse West in Peoria, AZ.

The event was put on by Five2 Productions and sponsored by KC Hilites, ADD Offroad, Roush and VORE. Our drivers meeting started around 9:00am and lasted about 30 minutes.

There was 30 Raptors involved in this trip. During our 230+ mile trip for the first day we traveled across trails, power roads, washes and a small amount of highway. Our day ended around 9:30pm in Laughlin were a hot shower, good meal, some gaming and a good nights sleep made us ready for day two.

The next day we started from Laughlin sampling a small section of the SCORE course, then we traveled up Christmas Tree Pass, again along power road and more mountain and desert trails to the dry lakebed near VORE in Boulder, Nv.

We were provided and nice lunch at VORE, along with a few hours of track time on there 1 1/3 mile track. After this thrill Five2 Production held a raffle were they gave away, Tee Shirts, Sun Glasses, Roush exhaust, KC Hilites light bars and lights, ADD goodies and more.

Around 4:00pm all the Raptor got on the highway and traveled to Las Vegas for a great end to a fantastic event.

This was our first break down, the V-Raptor hit a rock and lost his exhaust. It had a nice sound without the muffler
