Looking for a winch plate and winch that will clear with a rigid light bar behind the grill. Using stock bumper afraid light bar will have to be moved. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have an outlaw winch mount, Recon 10,500 lb winch in the stock bumper and M&R 40" light bar behind the grill. Everything fits.

I think you will find that most combinations will fit.

You can always adjust the hight of the light bar with different L brackets.

What is more important for you, light behind a grill which is cut by about 50%¿ or a winch used for recovery?

Get up with @RSiWORKS and buy the warn winch and winch plate. Then adjust the light bar as needed. It will be tight, but it will fit.

Be sure whatever winch you get doesn't have the control module mounted on the top.

I have the SDHQ "behind the bumper mount", with the 5 ton Wern winch. Side lights wired to # 1 and #2 auxiliary switches, A light bar can be mounted behind the grill if needed. I will say the under stear has increased with this heavy setup. The two sidelights are very useful, but I am thinking of a removable light bar above the cab, for long night travels.
