Roll-X not sitting flush on tailgate

I need to post a picture of the latch mechanism, as that seems to be where there problem lies... but anyone else have their Roll-X not sitting flush as shown?

Mine isn't perfectly flush but it's nowhere near that bad. The rear seal makes contact with the top of the tailgate.

Well, it's not supposed to look like that... Something is up with the latch.

Mine likes to pop up and it ****** me off. I think my frame is tweaked from shenanigans so it doesnt lay even on both sides.

Mine latches normally but the drivers corner tends to pull up ever so slightly but nothing like that. Ive tried everything to keep it down, nothing works.
