Rear 2in flare mod for stock bedside

I'm working on this right now. Front and rear. Hope to have updates soon.

Keepin' it rolling - need more info to make this happen. Really like the idea of doing this with existing fenders. I'm not a body finish guy, though (yet). Could use some help figuring things out like cold welds? Help a brother out!!!

Very interested. Hadn't checked on this for a while. Was hoping some progress had been made.

I'm in for the rear flares for sure.

The box/bedsides are the last actual raptor parts on the truck, I'd hate to replace them and admit I burned a pile of money not starting with a cheaper f150 !

Hey - keepin' this rolling. How about some updates!!! I'm ready for some flares since the Glassworks are going on next week.......

I looked up plastic welding and it looks feasible to do yourself. HOWEVER, the stock flares are not cheap so it wouldn't be a cheap mistake if you screw it up. I haven't looked into it yet but I feel like a competent body shop would be capable. no idea on cost though.

Would it be cost effective to make a fiberglass mold from the stock flare and then use the copy to modify?
