Reviving this thread in hopes that someone else had a mold or flare done. Like others, would rather keep the metal bed and not have to deal with fiberglass. And also want the flares to match the front aftermarket fenders.

I was thinking this last night hoping I could find this thread and someone has completed something. Im interested.

I'd just like to see how-to pics of cutting the flares and re-welding them honestly, the relief cut and fold part looks pretty straightforward

Necroing this thread. Anyone have pics of the flare cut? I need to see where to cut before jumping into it
