Planning on PD all that stuff... How many cans? What outdoor temperature is good? Any pictures y'all have? Experience and tips welcomed

Wait till there is no wind at all. In my experience, wind messes with it really bad. Another thing I've noticed is, keep the can as vertical as possible. It seems to spray a lot smoother. I did my wheels and they came out great, I tried my hood and it came out terrible. Spray it thick, not necessarily thick layers, but a good total thickness. It makes it much easier to remove if it tears open or you need to.
