Part # For Tailgate Blue Oval Please...

Soooooo... I pulled off (read "broke off") my "Ford" blue oval from my tailgate to paint it to match the other badges and flares. It came out the right color, but I had to glue it back on. 24 hours later it's gone. anyone know or able to find the part # for one? I have a backup camera. I think that makes a difference.
