Oddly enough I had been thinking similarly. At work we have something like that, just not as nice as that one that will run on 120VAC or 12VDC and I thought it'd be awesome for a bed rack.

why not look into an RV or popup camper type fridge. Then it could run on the truck while you are driving, and then you can switch it to propane when you get to the camp site.

I think they are called a three way fridge.

It eliminates the need for ice and you still have ice cold beer.

Only problem to solve then is how to get your beer to where you're going without destroying it. I mean the way we drive raptors really doesn't do any favors to transporting beer safely. :ROFLJest:
