Why not making an autocad schematic or equivalent and then sell it to people wanting that nice bumper? (Friend price of course, lol)

I've got so much from this forum that if i was going to do drawings, i would do those for free and post it here. I could do dxf file but that means that i would have to get those laser cut and see is it going to work as planned. I did not do that for myself, i just bought sheet metal and used grinder to do mine.
If i find someone that will pay material, laser cut costs and want one in here Europe, i will make those.

@JtoU what size tube did you use on the main tube? Wall thickness?

Main tube is 1 1/2" i think, outside diameter is 48.3mm and wall thickness is 3mm which should be like 0.126 We have bit different charts here what comes to tube sizing.
