Started making new bumper to get more approach angle and i like the look of frame cut bumper. So it was time to do some chopping for frame horns and make radius tube. I did not find anyone who would bend me that radius tube with first try. So i had to get one radius tube, cut and weld it together to get some what shape as valance has.

After i got that done it was time to fit that to truck and start making templates for frame horn mounts.

Bumper is mostly done now, it just needs few small things like mounts for skid plate bolts and few holes, mounts for light bars and a skid plate. I have done few different drawings of skid plate and will send those to laser cut once i decide which one I'm going to use.

Finally fitted to truck and i think we have achieved better approach angle

Only problem i see with this bumper is where to mount those lights. I had two light bars on my last one, one behind skid plate and one on top. Bigger one will most likely mount same way as before but other one probably won't work behind the skid plate any more.

Hey - how about a KC Pro light bar with 5 lights? Measures about 38" and would mount nicely on top of that top bar. Plenty of light. Put a 40" KC Flex behind the grill, and you're good to go!!!

PM me and we can talk about a smokin hot deal on both bars......

Thank you for offer. I already have Rigid radius and Baja Design bars which cover most of my needs. Only where i would need more light is high speed driving but those are not in any budget yet.

Light bracket for RI is done and mounted to bumper, i also test fitted to truck. I still need to get used to look of it, other than that it looks ok. BD is mounted behind grille, it's bit small there but light output is better than behind skid plate where it was on last bumper.

Tube caps and skid plate mounts are done too. Needs some cleaning and it's off to PC.

So how much to build another one

I live in Europe so it would most expensive bumper in US after i send it there. I have had few quotes myself to send one here and it was almost 2000$ just shipping it. So for that price you get almost any bumper customized for your liking from any of vendors here.
Thank you and i hope you find one!
