Edit: Just realized you only want the pushbar. Like @svt_reid said, that would be a custom job, I assume it is built to bolt onto the frame horns somehow on that truck you posted. Would be really tough to keep the front bumper without cutting it up.

that would probably be a custom job. I'm not aware of anyone who sells anything similar to that
ADD Race series R with valance will be the closest without going custom or frame cut. You can get it with or without the light bar mount if requested. If frame cut isn't an issue @ALLOUTWARN makes a bumper with a valance. Pics attached.

That was our first valance we 1 off'd for a customer a couple years ago we have a new one we are working on now, pics to come!
