I put 37" BFG KO2's on my raptor and now my tires rub when turning sharp. I really don't wanna have to cut my fender flares. If I was to buy the aftermarket "bigger" fenders would this eliminate the problem?

Simple answer: Yes.

Boatec makes some really good ones.

The trimming you need to do is minimal honestly, if you look in your fender well you'll see exactly where you have to remove material. Then just pull the liner down and cut/smash the pinch weld flat while you're at and you're done.

I don't think it's rubbing the liner. I think its the actual fender flare.

Yeah I'm tracking. If you get down and have a look you'll likely see the spots its been rubbing. You usually have to just trim the very bottom of the flare where it turns inboard, but you'll probably see a smooth shiny spot where it's been rubbing.

raise your shock position up to the mid perch and rubbing goes away

Also...this is another really good step to take.
