how to remove the molten trim from the Rapture?

So I'm sure this question has been asked millions of times but I couldnt find any posts that outlined a how to remove the molten trim around the radio and center console. I want to remove it so I can wrap to change the look of the truck. But I have a 2010 scab with the molten orange trim package with out navigation. From what I read the trim in the doors is molded in so that will take some skill and patience to wrap. Also to be careful when removing the chrome around the shifter and cup holders. But not sure how to remove the trim around the radio or the center console it self. dont want to just jump in and wreck it like I always do. any input would be appreciated and wont get offended for my weak search skills.
