Depending on your views of drilling into your floorboards or your feelings on pinning down your floor mats. I would try this without drilling the bottom screws. I am a BIG guy and mine is really solid just using the top nut.

Ok good to know, the lower mounting screws were a major concern for me. Thanks for the heads up.
******** into the floor pan through a rubber mat seems like a major design flaw to me.

I have had mine now for about a month. I love it. Install was very easy, but I didn't install the screws. It has been plenty sturdy each time I have been to the dunes.

Installed the pedal this morning in about 5 minutes. Impressive quality. Very comfortable driving with your left foot firmly planted in a more ergonomic position. As dogknat stated, skip the floor screws. A 6mm nut driver makes the top nut easier.
I definitely recommend this mod.
