Are back seat headrests in supercab removal?

Are the rear headrests in a 2012 supercab removable? The center one I have been able to remove but not the two on either side. It's a really tight fit trying to clean the inside of the rear window with those big headreasts in place.

They should be the same as all years. Yes the are removable, just a major PITA!

First thing I did was pull them, but they where a B***h to remove and putting them back in (if you wanted to) is even harder.

Funny thing is my bro-in-law has a 09 F150 SCab and the rear headrests are not nearly as huge. It was prolly a 2010 'safety thing' to make them black most of the back window.
