Just used Goo Gone, worked like a charm. Afterwards I wet the treated area down with water a few times and vacuumed the excess out to be on the safe side and avoid possible discoloration down the line. Great mod guys, thanks for the idea.

I have found that Goof Off removes more different kinds of stuff than Goo Gone. Goo Gone doesn't work any better than lemon oil or orange oil furniture stuff.

Didn't know you could peel these off without damaging the fabric they look heat pressed on. So i bought a can of semi-gloss black vinyl paint removed the visors, taped them off and painted them with a couple off lite coats and they look great. But after reading this i kind of want to pic at them! Hell they look fine now i'll probably just leave them alone should have read this thread first!

here, on frf
there is this company called kent (all you body and paint guys know) they make a product called acrysol. it is a prep solvent, cleans everything, and i mean everything, with no residue. we use it at the shop to clean metal, leather, vinyl, plastic, etc. if you get electrical tape goo on something wipe it down with acrysol and its gone with no oil or any leftover crap. you will need to test on fabric before actually doing anything just to make sure it wont cause discoloration. this is the best stuff i have ever used
