Don't have pics, but here you go:

1) USB is in the center console. Same process but in there.
2) Pull the upfitter switch panel out.
3) Pull the panel that says "Microsoft" out behind/above the upfitters.
4) The left trim piece was a bitch to pull. I had to loosen the center console and shift it back an inch to get at it. In the video, he follows the trim down and pulls it. Ours are butted up against the center console.
5) More screws on right panel.
6) Diff size screws behind glove box.
7) He did not have any beers in his cup holders.

Those were the only differences. Nothing major.

They must be selling a lot of these kits. On their site they are backordered and expected to be black in stock tomorrow:

"This kit is on BACK ORDER and is expected to be back in stock on or about Jul 20th 2017"

I am really thinking about this one... Wish it was a tad cheaper though.

I ordered last night and just got shipping notification so they are definitely back in stock. Just FYI.

This kills two birds with one stone for me since I already needed ambient lighting functionality added to my truck.

Hey guys, I got the upgrade for my 2013 SCREW & my father's 2014 SCREW. Has anyone who installed this with a front camera gotten the front camera to work on the Sync 3? It doesn't work on either mine or my fathers. Everything else works great though. The upgrade alone is worth not having the front camera, but it would be nice.

id say in like 4 years i may want to do this.

Has anyone done this upgrade also installed a lockpick/nav motion lockout bypass..?
Also the ability to force the rear camera On or the front?

Front camera does NOT work as I found out. I'm late to the game, I know.

Yeah they told me that before I ordered but it isn't a great loss, really. The front camera can be used under such limited circumstances/settings that I don't miss it.
