Great work John, you did in one day what took me a week

Hey my 8-gang set up took me a week, thanks to usps, and me adding to it, all the other work was easy, just had to follow your hard work, made it easy for the rest of us.
Sitdown here's my new terminal block that Im putting in place of all the terminal strips, they are called Double din terminal blocks, total of 12, the top half is for each switch power wires, and the lower section, uses 12 jumpers that are connected to ground the whole lower half, only need to run one ground out of box to chassis ground, there 35amp, 600v.

Here is how I did mine. I got the "project box" and the 8 circuit distribution blocks, 2 of them, at my local radio shack. Made a bracket for the box and ran all the wires to it. What a P.I.A. Glad its all Dr one tjough. And after all is done i have 1 extra switch! Hummmmmm
