Here's an update on my AFE Stage 2 ever since I dropped the cover on, trucks seems a little more responsive, that could be the clean filter, but it cut down on a little bit of noise, and the temps seem to be cooler

What sizes are both couplers?

I had the same question - what size is the coupler?
I know the elbow is a 45degree reducer going from 4" to 3.5"
but what size is the coupler???
i'd like to order these and put them on at initial install.

Can I get an opinion on Stage 1 vs Stage 2? Does anyone have actual facts about the difference? I'm currently running Airaid with dry filter. Except for the filter falling off several times during hard off-roading, it's been a good choice. Although it hasn't fallen off this year at TRR or CRR since cleaning all mounting surfaces with brake cleaner and reinstalling.

Considering an aFe Stage 2 Pro Dry S

Current setup:

6.2L
Airaid Dry Filter CAI
5-Star 87, 89, 91 performance tunes
Added nice sound when shifting into 2nd, easy to install
Off-Road very often
No change in gas mileage or HP, extremely easy to clean, would not run this without the pre-filter, too much worrying about whether the filter has fallen off or not!

I Pinged S&B and they are still working on their intake.

I am looking at some different silicon hose makers to see if they have something close that could be used to take out the silencer box and run a straight tube on a stock intake. I will report back once I find something.
