Could be something as simple as fuel door not shut all the way.

That is why Ford has a capless fuel system so that cant happen... unless you put the funnel in and drove off with still in the fuel fill tube...

Fixed

Just had a loose wiring harness pin according to them. They put 4.5 miles on my truck to check it. I hope they didn't beat on it too hard.

That is what someone suspected earlier. It is always best to have the dealer check it. Things like that do happen and glad to see it all worked out. Thanks for letting us know to solution. I hope your not mad at Ford for this. It can happen to anyone when they mass produce products.
