I grew up in Montauk, NY and always aspired to be a surfer. Seeing the Movie "Endless Summer" by Bruce Brown changed my life. Later the sequels and "On Any Sunday", (with Steve McQueen), cemented my admiration for the skills Brown possessed.
A few years back his son Dana Brown, following in his Dad's footsteps gave the same seminal inspiration to offroading in "Dust to Glory".
Coming soon is the sequel "Dust 2 Glory"

If you get the chance watch any of Bruce Brown's movies.."Slippery When Wet", "Surf Crazy", "Barefoot Adventure" "Endless Summer", "Endless Summer 2", "On Any Sunday", do so!

Dude1782,
I wish I lived close enough to go. Every review I have seen says that it is a worthy successor to the first "Dust to Glory". I'm a lifelong Bruce Brown fan, and believe his son is his equal. It's more than just a race...it's hundreds of people working together to beat the worst that Baja can throw at them...as well as competeing against one another.
I can't wait to add it to my Bruce and Dana Brown collection!

my gf and I went, there was about 15 other people there. i was kinda surprised there was as many as there was, but everyone there had a motorcross jersey or something on, which is kinda rare to see in this area. (30min outside chicago)

the movie was great, i had just watched the first one last week in anticipation and I feel it was just as good as the first movie.. there was a couple parts that kinda dragged on, but I think he could do this movie every year and be relevant..
