How did the install go? Any pics? Any thoughts for those of us who still want to order?

Install went great! Love the BLM bumper. It was a straight forward install, since I have the afco heat exchanger for the Roush charger
I had to modify the lower mounting bracket. Easy to do with the stock mount, I just had to bend some tabs, drill some holes, and then I just tapped and fastened into the new bumper.

I also had to move and reroute the circulation pump with a slight modification to the mounting bracket. Here's where I put it:

Fits like a glove in this location! Really happy how it came out and even used stock mounting bolts for this location. Had to adjust the circulation lines slightly to account for new location but it came out really nice and clean. Just make sure you bleed all the air out of the system otherwise you'll hear all the air bubbles as they pass through the pump.

Very fun install! Took my time with it and had a buddy help me which is always nice when you're drilling the final holes for bumper fitment.

Here's some more pictures for reference:

Also, how much was shipping?

I ordered it around Fourth of July and got a slight discount (10%) because they just launched their new website. Here's my invoice:

Let me know if you have any more questions man.

With that little bit of frame left can you weld back on the horns in the future if you needed too?

You could if you needed too but you won't want to. Once you see the bumper on the truck it's pretty evident how much better the truck looks with the oem piece gone.

I sold mine and haven't looked back. I'm sure if you get it you'll end up doing the same.

Okay, so I receieved my bumper from BLM, installed and think it looks sickies. I will post some pics soon.

Question tho - what can I do to make my lower control arms look better. Now that they are exposed they just look like crap. I used Gunk and the powerwasher, which helped but still do not like the look. I have painted black a few things to help clean up the look, but looking to see if there are some tricks others have done.
