Aluminum frame? I'm doubting that one. Ford has a proven from with the world ranger. I'm not really taking a lot of this to heart. Ford said it would be a well off the beaten path vehicle. Some of these magazines love to make crap up I feel. I do wish ford would do a two door. I have no use for the four door. Time will tell what comes out.

If it isn't a 2 door, then it isn't a Bronco. However, half doors (like on my SCab) are something I've always wanted on my '88 Bronco.

Just thought that this thread could use some Bronco pics. Also if any Engineers working on the new one are watching this thread and need some inspiration!

Otis857,
Worry NOT!
FORD has Jeep in it's cross hairs. Fiat Chrysler's money maker is the target. Indeed even China sees the $$$$ in the most profitable of FCA's holdings.
The new Bronco will hit Jeep where it hurts. While 4 doors may be an option, you can bet that it will also have the two door option. (Jeep sells more 4 door Wranglers than 2 doors). Solid front axles are likely also; though sharing the Ranger drivetrain may force an IFS.
Lot's of speculation; but you can bet when it goes on sale LOTS of Jeep owners will be jealous!
And THAT is a GOOD thing!

Eddie
