+1 inch of ground clearance gained. Approach and departure angles almost no change. Sidewall flex ditto.

37's are all about looks and being different and the added unsprung weight, cost and impact they have on the suspension and truck far outweigh any benefits they might have.

1+ makes a difference. Ask any woman...

Also still more benefit than any CAI or catback exhaust...

OE tire weighs 65lbs and 37 weighs 70lbs.

OE wheel weighs 32lb
Method Roost wheels weigh 25lbs
Fuel Anza weighs 25lbs
RRW Wheel (coming soon) weighs 22lbs

A 37" tire with any of these wheels is less unsprung weight than the stock cast wheel with the OE 315/70R17. Even more so if you have the heavy beadlocks. So if unsprung weight is a concern, you're ok with the right wheel. 37's also make bumps and dips seem/feel smaller than the 315/70R17.

My understanding is that the +2 is pretty much the same height/load as stock. So +3 or +4 if you plan to lift the front or carry more load full time.

What will the new RRW wheel look like?
Are the RRW wheels quality? And do they have to be re-drilled like some of the other 2017 raptor owners had to do?

Peeps are doing plus 3" Deaver's with RPG shackles because the RPG shackles are longer and actually lower the truck 1" and they also add 1" of travel. So if you used plus 2 with RPG shackles you'd be an inch lower.

It's the RR2. The load rating is less than Method but on par with most half ton wheels. 2100lbs. They will not be re-drills. They are in transit in the true 6x135 pattern with a 87mm bore.

This is off the RPG website and while they don't give a number my friends that have done this have measured an inch more droop. I'm sold on it but you can do your own research.

RPG Shackle Kit, +2″ over stock, with Poly Bushings. Allows leaf springs to have more articulation/droop travel. Will lower ride height 1″.
