You can pick up carbon amber snap on filters on Amazon for Rigid cubes, made by Rigid. I run my fogs with them on 24/7. See if that works

I don't need DOT approval, just need it low enough not to blind others.

I run the rigid ambers with the diffused lens 24/7 on my truck. Nobody flashes me and no issues with LEOs.
