Overall I do like the RT's, but I'm not thrilled with their wet traction.

Interesting. Heard mixed reviews on their wet traction.
Being in Florida, that's something I rather not have to worry about.
Truck got loose/hydroplaned(5/32 tread life) at 80mph a month after I bought it. Rather not go through that ever again.

Those Nittos do better in the rain?

I don't have any personal experience with the ridge grapplers, but they are rated higher for wet traction and so far have gotten favorable reviews.

Built a tire rack for the bed. It's also hinged so I can get to my tool box underneath.

Those gen2s looks too plain to me. Maybe they look better in person? I don't know if I'd even recognize one as anything special if saw it on the road. Just looks like a ford truck with a different grill to me. You can recognize a gen1 coming a mile away. Is it just me?

My thoughts exactly. I happened to pass this on the interstate the other day. It wasn't until I was right on it that I was sure it was a Gen 2. The front is definitely the most aggressive looking aspect of the truck.

Got the stock halogens swapped out for factory projectors, rebuilt struts in, mid perch, aligned her to pirateair's specs

I do believe thats the same setup I run, If you got it set to:

+3.7* Castor
-0.45* Camber
+0.2* toe in

Drive straight on side roads, needs to hold a bit to left or right on overly crowned roads.

I altered the specs sligtly to my liking. I think I printed off what I ran with. It seems to handle road crown nicely. I'll post up what I rolled with is I have the print out in my tool box at work. Very very close to pirateair's specs tho. Very close!
