Dealer Assistance
Many 2010 vehicle owners are approaching or have already reached their one-year activation milestone. We need your assistance informing customers that they must renew their subscriptions. This one-year check in also provides you the opportunity to get those customers that haven’t activated their complimentary service to do so.
We encourage you to contact your eligible customers and direct them to renew or activate their service. You can provide your customers with the following instructions:

1. In-Vehicle Automatic Messages
Automatic messages are sent to the customer in their vehicle when they access the voice prompted "Services" menu at 28 and 7 days prior to Traffic, Directions and Information Services subscription expiration. Note: the following automatic messages only occur when accessing the "Services" section of the SYNC menu.
SYNC "Services" generated automatic message (within 28 days of expiration)
